The Heart of Gems
Since 2023, we've hosted anniversaries, birthdays, diners seeking exceptional experiences, and live musical evenings that become cherished memories. Our cuisine follows the seasons and the farms and artisans around us. Along the way, Gems has become a destination for fine dining in northern Alberta, welcoming guests from Woodlands, Barrhead and Westlock Counties, Edmonton, St. Albert and beyond.
