“Gems Café & Bistro in Fort Assiniboine is a true gem for lovers of European-style cuisine and premium-class service. Although it's located far from Edmonton, the trip is absolutely worth it. It was a pleasure to personally meet the owners Adrian and Christina. Their warm welcome and attention to detail make the visit special. The food and service are on a European level, and the quality perfectly matches the prices. Highly recommended for gourmets and anyone who appreciates outstanding hospitality!”
