We only share information when it's needed to provide a service you've asked for, such as a reservation, an event booking or an email you signed up for. We use a small number of trusted providers to run our website and booking system: Webflow (website), Supabase and Vercel (booking system), Stripe (payments), Resend (email) and Lightspeed (our point-of-sale system). They may only use your information to provide their service to us. Some of these providers store information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local laws. We may also share information if required by law, and we never share it with advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties.
Payments
Deposits and prepaid bookings are processed securely by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe; Gems Café & Bistro never sees or stores your full card number.
